DuPage Radon Contractors Inc. has a procedure developed over many years of experience to provide you with a superior experience with our installations.

The Consultation

The process starts by obtaining a detailed profile of the house when you call. Then a visit will be scheduled so that we may come out to evaluate the house and design the right system for your home. Each home is unique and we want to make sure that the most efficient and cost effective system is proposed. We develop a detailed materials list and installation drawing at this time. There is no charge for this service and we appreciate the opportunity to discuss a mitigation system for your home with you.

System Installation

When the homeowner is ready for installation, our crew will arrive as scheduled and after reviewing the previously designed plan will proceed with the installation.

Most basic systems will be done in only a few hours, however if you have a more complex installation, perhaps having one or more crawl spaces etc, it may take up to an entire day to complete the job. With several licensed installers on our staff, we have the capability to complete your installation within one day.

Real Estate Office Presentations

We offer a free seminar about radon to real estate offices in the area. We review the basics about radon, current trends and information. This presentation is excellent for new agents or as a refresher for more experienced agents. To schedule a date with us, please contact our office.
