It was interesting and good timing seeing you at the Naperville Home Show.

My thanks to you for the following:

Over the past year I have used radon test kits and even bought a $100 monitor to check my radon levels, I got readings on the test kits for 4 to 11, all over the board, different times of the year, different lengths of time, different locations thru-out the basement. The monitor was the ah-ha moment, it stayed above 9.5 and as high as 11 for a couple of weeks. I knew then I had a verifiable radon problem.

I called you all up, Mike came out next day, gave a quote, came out next day to do the install, install group very professional, very clean, answered all my questions and educating me properly on the system, what to look for and how to troubleshoot if necessary.

Within 48 hours the monitor read 0.3. It has been under 1 ever since.

I have 2 offices in my basement and a guestroom, it is great to know that I won’t have to worry about radon, hopefully ever again.
